Meet the founders of Sacred Profane.

Brienne Allan

Head Brewer- Brienne has accumulated multiple degrees brewing lagers for the last ten years. She is an active equal opportunities advocate in the brewing industry. She hopes to share a unique tankpub experience with the folks of Maine inspired by evolving Czech beer culture.

Erin Sheehan

Director of Hospitality- After designing menswear for a decade, Erin decamped from fashion, moved to Maine, fell in love with Biddeford, and opened a wine bar called Lorne. She has a knack for designing beautiful spaces and filling them with good vibes.

Michael Fava

Director of Operations- Michael has operated breweries in Philadelphia and Maine for 15 years. He is a highly respected member of the global beer community specializing in lagers and farmhouse ales. His background in engineering and business has led to multiple commissions to design custom brewing equipment. He has a passion for sustainability, agriculture, and a particular affection for historic and traditional methods.

Carson James

Director of Food and Beverage- Carson draws inspiration from the foods of his youth in the Philly suburbs and from his travels near and far. Having worked in restaurants for over 20 years, he has a deep reverence for regional classics and a total commitment to fun. In 2019, he co-founded Lorne Wine in Biddeford, Maine.
