LINE/PREP COOK
The Line cook/prep position is responsible for the execution of prep work and dinner service. Responsibilities are as follows:
• Understanding and executing all pick-ups as specified
• Setting up the line cook stations each day, including all food preparation
• Maintaining a clean and organized open kitchen
• 2 weekly daytime prep-only shifts will rotate among kitchen staff

DISHWASHER
The Dishwasher is a key role in ensuring food safety and smooth service. Responsibilities are as follows:
· Cleaning, drying, and restocking dishes and all non-beer glassware
· Assisting front of house with bussing, clearing, and resetting of tables when time permits
· Communicating effectively with front and back of house to keep an orderly flow of dishes into, through, and out of the warewashing area
· Maintaining a clean and organized warewashing area and front of house, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
Compensation: Hourly plus share of tips
