LINE/PREP COOK
The Line cook/prep position is responsible for the execution of prep work and dinner service. Responsibilities are as follows:
• Understanding and executing all pick-ups as specified
• Setting up the line cook stations each day, including all food preparation
• Maintaining a clean and organized open kitchen
• 2 weekly daytime prep-only shifts will rotate among kitchen staff

SERVER
The Servers at Sacred Profane are responsible for the prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverage to restaurant guests. Responsibilities include:
· Creating a fun and positive environment in the restaurant
· Accurately express food and beverage program
· Maintaining high standards of service and a strong attention to detail
· Taking food and beverage orders from seated guests using our POS system
· Carrying food and beverage orders to our seated guests
· Successfully closing checks, cleaning, and maintaining seating flow
· IDing guests as required, assuring compliance with alcohol service laws
· Problem solving customer issues and reporting them to management
· Maintaining a clean an organized front of house, including daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleanings
· Maintain TIPS alcohol server certification
· Reporting to the Hospitality Manager
Compensation: Hourly plus share of tips

TAPSTER
The Tapsters at Sacred Profane are ambassadors of the brewery and guardians of the beer. They are responsible for maintaining the tank beer service system, glassware sanitation, beer pouring, and a limited amount of table service. Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining beer service system during service and on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis
· Keeping a supply of sanitized and chilled glassware during service
· Pouring beer to order to established standards
· Pouring wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to order
· Maintaining a clean and organized beverage pass for servers
· Communicating effectively with FOH staff
· Maintaining an atmosphere of fun and positivity behind the bar
· Assist with bussing and resetting of tables when possible
· Point person for In Pursuit of Foam loyalty program
· Reporting to the Operations and Hospitality Managers
Compensation: Hourly plus share of tips
